TRAININGS & EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS
Every community has unique needs and are at different places in terms of readiness for implementation. We tailor all of our training formats and content to meet those needs in order to ensure fidelity and sustainability. Our aim is to help your community thrive and live restoratively.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING & SUPPORT
We offer individualized one on one coaching and support to individuals who may already be doing the work and need specific guidance and coaching.
GUEST LECTURES
This service provides us the opportunity to lecture on any restorative justice topic as it relates to a particular area of your curriculum or field. We have lectured in healthcare settings, educational communities, athletic communities and more.
RESTORATIVE JUSTICEÂ IN SPORTS
We are certified in Sport Social Work. Utilizing Social Work/Social Justice lenses, we work with athletic communities of all levels on infusing the restorative mindset and its relational practices, within the sport setting; to best understand the athlete experience holistically and create team/individual values and agreements for optimal team/athlete cohesiveness and performance.
